RETURN POLICY
How can I return or exchange my jewelry piece?
You have a 15-day window to return or exchange your jewelry. Just follow these steps:

Request the return: Request the return via email at info@joiersborras.com specifying the jewelry and the order reference. If you don’t receive a response soon, please call us at (+34) 977 23 08 75 so we can check the status of your request.

Prepare the return: Carefully wrap your jewelry using the original packaging to protect it during shipping. It’s crucial that the piece is in perfect condition.

Package collection: We will coordinate to send a courier to pick up the package. Make sure it’s securely closed and protected.

Refund: Once we have received and inspected the jewelry, we will proceed with the refund via the same payment method used initially. This process will be completed within 14 business days. Shipping and return costs will be at your expense.
Are returns free in Spain?
We guarantee a full refund for the jewelry, but the shipping and return costs will be your responsibility.
