How can I return or exchange my piece of jewelry?
You have 15 days to return or exchange your jewelry. Just follow these steps:

1. Request a return: Request a return by emailing joiersborras@gmail.com specifying the jewelry and the order reference. If you do not receive a response shortly, please call us at (+34) 977 23 08 75 so that we can review the status of your request.
2. Prepare your return: Wrap your jewelry carefully using the original packaging to protect it during transport. It is crucial that the piece is in perfect condition.
3. Package pickup: We will coordinate to send a carrier to pick up the package. Make sure it is well closed and protected.
4. Refund: Once the jewelry has been received and inspected, we will proceed with the refund through the same payment method initially used. This process will be completed within 14 working days. Shipping and return costs will be at your expense. Are returns free in Spain?
