Yes, all of our pieces can be customized. You can choose the dimensions, metal, and gemstones you want. Just contact us and tell us your preferences.

How do I place a personalized order?

To place a personalized order, it is best to contact us directly, either by WhatsApp, email or phone. This way, we can discuss all the details of dimensions, metal and stones to ensure that your order is exactly as you wish. You will find the “Contact Us” section on our website.

What is the estimated production time for a custom piece?

Production time varies depending on the complexity of the piece and the availability of materials. It usually takes between 2 and 4 weeks. We will keep you informed of the progress of your order.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently only ship within the state. Shipping costs and times vary by destination within the state. You can check rates and estimated times during checkout. We will be expanding our international shipping soon.

What materials do you use for jewelry?

We use a variety of precious metals, including silver, yellow gold, white gold, rose gold, platinum, as well as quality gemstones, diamonds, gems and pearls. You can customize your piece with the materials of your choice.

Can I make changes to my order after confirming it?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.

Do they offer guarantees on the jewelry?

Yes, we offer a quality guarantee on all our pieces. If you detect any manufacturing defects, contact us within the first 30 days of receiving your jewelry and we will repair or replace it. In addition, all our pieces have a two-year warranty against any manufacturing problems.

How can I care for and maintain my jewelry?

We recommend cleaning your jewelry regularly with a soft cloth (suede or polishing cloth) and avoiding exposing it to harsh chemicals. When not in use, store it in a jewelry box or soft cloth bag to avoid scratches. To maintain it, you can use a soft toothbrush with degreasing soap and warm water. Drying should be done with a chamois or a hair dryer to avoid scratching the metal.

What do I do if my jewelry needs repair?

If you need to repair your jewelry, contact us with the details of the piece and the problem. We will provide you with information about the costs and the time required for the repair. We will send a carrier to collect the package, with a collection day agreed with Joiers Borràs. The package must be well closed and protected, and the transport costs are borne by the customer.

What payment options are available?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. You can select your preferred option during the checkout process.

What happens if a piece of jewelry gets damaged?

It is advisable to carry out regular maintenance of jewellery, especially with diamonds, white gold and rhodium-plated white gold. We recommend a biannual check to ensure that the diamonds are well set and to maintain the finish of the metal. At Joiers Borràs, we offer a maintenance, cleaning or repair service for all jewellery purchased in our store. Maintenance is carried out biannually and can be requested through joiersborras@gmail.com. Visit the “Borràs Guarantee” section for more information. Shipping costs, if necessary, would be at your expense. In any case, if you want to keep your jewellery and coloured gemstones as good as the first day, the best prevention is to maintain them properly. Can I request an engraving?

Yes, we can engrave whatever you want. It can be your name, the name of the person you are giving the piece to, a special date such as a wedding, anniversary or birth, or some words that complement your piece of jewelry.
